McGeorge Ah does not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or for any other commercial purpose unrelated to the executive search services we provide to our clients.

What this means in practice

We use a small number of standard business tools to operate our website and our search practice (including web hosting, analytics, email, an applicant tracking system, and licensed sourcing platforms). Some of these tools may set cookies or process limited information about your visit. We do not exchange personal information for value with third parties, and we do not enable third-party advertising networks to use your information from this website to build profiles about you for advertising purposes.

If you would like us to confirm what information we hold about you, to update or correct it, or to delete it from our systems, you can submit a request at any time.

Email hello@mcgeorgeah.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us what you would like us to do. We aim to respond within 30 to 45 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information for residents of states that recognize it (including California and Virginia).

Authorized agents

You can designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written authorization from you and may verify the request directly with you before acting on it.
